*Note- it may take a few tries to do this, I had to do this to my mouse over several days. I repaired a Logitech G602 using this method, it might work on the Razer mice as well. The humidity in your breath will usually dissipate the static buildup and the button will stop double clicking- most of the time. To help release it, breath a few breaths into the gap between the button and the base of the mouse (the slit that allows the button to move and 'click'). The toggle switch that operates the 'button' sometimes gets a static charge buildup. That of all things actually seemed to work for me, no more double-clicking randomly. Have tried many times Firmware upgrades, re-installing Synapse however that didn't seem to work, then I recently tried below as mentioned in Pat's comment. I too have recently come across this issue with a year-or-two old Chroma. You can do so by simply clicking flair under your link!Īpparently a good old blow job sorts it out a good static charge buildup.
